University Boulevard, Phase 2 & Shier Rings Road/Avery Road Intersection

EMH&T led the design of this project which included 7,000 linear feet of multi-lane roadway, drainage, and utility improvements totaling more than $15 million in infrastructure investment.

Designed in coordination with the Ohio State Outpatient Care Dublin facility, EMH&T led the concept development, through preliminary and final engineering to construction. Infrastructure improvements included: four roundabout intersections, a traffic signal, a new bridge, a bridge extension, three stormwater management basins, sanitary sewer and water main extensions, shared-use paths, sidewalks, landscaping, and a realignment/restoration of Cosgray Ditch.
