CCPA defines a “sale” of personal information as occurring when a business exchanges personal information of California residents to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

4. Right to Not Be Discriminated Against for Exercising Your California Privacy Rights (“Right to Non-Discrimination”)

You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise any of your California Privacy Rights under CCPA.
