Now that the hub-bub of back to school has ended, we have mostly settled back into our standard routines. But that doesn’t mean we can’t keep learning! In this issue of Ingenium, you can learn more about roundabout design and how roundabouts do more than just alleviate traffic backups. You can learn about the different styles of elevated water storage tanks that dot the American landscape, and you can learn how building a community from the ground up is both challenging and rewarding, while also entailing a long-term investment for EMH&T staff.

EMH&T is proud to participate in the Super STEM Saturday event on October 21 at Columbus School for Girls. Sponsored by Edheads, a local organization dedicated to promoting the interest/knowledge of science, technology, engineering, and math, the event is expected to draw up to 1,000 students in grades 1-8.

EMH&T President Sandy Doyle-Ahern will participate in a CEO Discussion Panel at the American Council of Engineering Companies 2017 Fall Conference, to be held in Orlando, Florida, October 15-18.

Several EMH&T professionals will share their expertise at the 2017 Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference (OTEC) being held in Columbus, Ohio, on October 10 and 11. This year’s conference theme is “Advancing Mobility in the Connected World.”

Let’s connect.

There’s an easy way to see how we can help. Let’s talk about it.
