The Indiana State Fair is currently in full swing and celebrating Indiana’s Bicentennial through August 21, 2016. Once the fun is done and the visitors leave, EMH&T will be assisting the Schmidt Associates team with a Facility Assessment and Master Plan for the fairgrounds. Our team will work closely with the Indiana State Fair Commission, whose mission it is to “preserve and enhance the Indiana State Fairgrounds and the annual Indiana State Fair for the benefit of all citizens of Indiana.” We are very excited to help them execute this mission through a thoughtful and strategic thinking for both short and long term goals.

EMH&T’s Brian Brown, PE, CFM Indiana Director of Water Resources, will present at next week’s Indiana Water Environment Association Annual Conference. Being held at the Westin Indianapolis Hotel on August 17-19, the conference theme for 2016 is “Know the Worth of Water” and EMH&T is proud to be a Silver Sponsor of this year’s event.

Precision and accuracy are of paramount importance when it comes to the science and art of surveying. At EMH&T, our professional surveyors and survey crews use state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including Windows Mobile data collectors, conventional, servo and robotic instruments, and geodetic GPS receivers (including real-time Kinematic surveying). All this technology helps our staff provide survey results with a high level of accuracy.
