ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – SURVEY
EMH&T is searching for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to work with the Director of Survey in our Columbus, OH office.
This position provides a broad range of administrative and clerical support to the Director and the Survey team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, reliable professional who is capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, as well as experienced in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment with diplomacy and confidentiality. You must be flexible, proactive, committed to exceptional client service, command a strong attention to detail, and enjoy teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include providing project support, drafting correspondence, research and analysis, meeting coordination and basic financial support such as expense reporting.
- There will be some local travel to deliver plans in Franklin Co., Licking Co., Delaware Co., etc.
- You will, on occasion, provide support for the reception desk.
Desired Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PDF software and technology.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to working effectively with others always in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of Surveying aspects and terminology is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience in an administrative role in a business setting with experience reporting to a senior level position.
- Associates degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with entire Microsoft office suite as well as PDF software.
