EMH&T is pleased to announce that Todd Cunningham, PE and Steve Schehl, PE have been named Shareholders of the firm.
Todd has been with EMH&T since2003 and currently serves as Director of Development, specializing in large scale projects that involve complex coordination with the project design team. He focuses on managing multiple integral design teams to complete the public infrastructure improvements necessary to support a project as well as the on-site infrastructure improvements to ensure that all work is fully coordinated and delivered on schedule. He also focuses his time on business development for the firm.
Todd holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a registered professional engineer in Ohio, Georgia, and Michigan. He is also a proud former member of The Ohio State University Marching Band (TBDBITL) and currently plays trombone in The Brass Band of Columbus.
Steve has been with EMH&T since 1998 and currently serves as Director of Development, specializing in large development projects for single-family and multi-family developers as well as higher education institutions across Ohio. Steve leads a team of experienced designers and AutoCAD drafters who produce tight, well-coordinated plans. Through his quality work product, he has developed a level of trust with local jurisdictional reviewing agencies and has actively helped maintain the exemplary reputation that EMH&T has built over the past 91 years.
Steve holds a BS in Civil Engineering, Cum Laude, from Ohio University and is a registered engineer in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. Steve’s heart for philanthropy has led him to be the volunteer coordinator for the Habitat for Humanity at his church and he is also in charge of EMH&T’s annual coat drive, which collects dozens of coats that are donated to area shelters.
Todd and Steve have both served in various capacities during their tenures with the firm, including project engineers, project managers, team leads, and now division directors. They have, and continue, to work tirelessly to improve and lead the firm in their respective roles.
