Also on Wednesday, Mark Rahall, PE will moderate discussions on Floodplains and Stream Alignment, with Holly Yaryan Hall, PE and Shawn Arden, PE, CFM, LEED AP presenting on ODOT Block Vanes and the FEMA CLOMR Process.
