The plans for a 330-acre mixed-use development on the far northeast side adjacent to New Albany are beginning to take shape. This area is currently dubbed the Hamilton Quarter and is the last large, undeveloped land parcel in the City of Columbus with direct access to an interchange. EMH&T is proud to be working with Casto Communities, Daimler Group and the New Albany Company to provide the civil engineering needed to help create what will soon be a major addition to the greater Columbus metro area with a variety of new residences, offices, retail and restaurants. The mixed-use focus of this area will include a “central boulevard” that will be a walkable destination of shops and restaurants. Read more about it here.
