Columbus Blueprint (Clintonville)

Columbus, OH

The expert modelers in EMH&T’s Visualization team played a significant role in helping the City of Columbus formulate the documentation for its Wet Weather Management Plan (WWMP), focused on identifying structural solutions for the reduction of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSO) in various areas throughout the city. EMH&T’s infographics helped depict the city’s integrated planning approach which refocused some previous WWMP objectives to more aggressively pursue solutions that include public and private inflow and infiltration mitigation within the sanitary sewer system, and stormwater mitigation improvements that incorporate green infrastructure (GI), specifically to address overflows from the sanitary sewer system.
