Big Run Water Infrastructure Funding Assistance
Grove City, OH
EMH&T assisted the City of Grove City in securing financing through the Ohio Water Development Authority’s Fresh Water Program to fund the building of a new 1.25MG water storage tank in the Big Run Pressure District. As well as 8,700-feet of 12-inch and 16-inch water mains to supply the tank and complete an unfinished loop within the system. This program provides financing for water, wastewater, and storm water projects. Our professional engineers completed the application for the City of Grove City, which included several local ordinances, a cooperative agreement, and engineering design. EMH&T is thoroughly familiar with several funding mechanisms for water projects (including the Ohio Water Development Authority and Ohio Public Works Commission) and the parameters of follow-on design.
