GRE-675-9.48 Right-of-Way Plans (ODOT District 8)

EMH&T provided surveying services, prepared project basemapping, established and platted existing right-of-way centerlines and existing right-of-way limits in Greene County. The project encompassed a segment of I-675, north of US-35, approximately 5.5 miles in length. The area includes two interchanges, one at North Fairfield Road, and the other at Dayton Yellow Springs Road involving upgrades to a total of eight bridges. Pavement resurfacing of 5.5 miles of I-675 and improvements at all ramps at the North Fairfield Road and Dayton Yellow Springs Road interchanges were included, along with the seven bridges along I-675. Additionally, the North Fairfield Road bridge over I-675 was widened by one lane and received a new deck.
