VanTrust 567 Warehouse Building
Following the success of its first speculative warehouse building in the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park, developer Van Trust Real Estate once again called on EMH&T to provide professional services on a sister building adjacent to its 717 building. The 226,000-square-foot project is designed as a multi-tenant building and is being built by general contractor Paul Hemmer Co. EMH&T provided professional survey services and complete site/civil engineering for the project. We also developed a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and a post-construction best management practice (BMP) operation and maintenance (O&M) plan following Ohio EPA requirements. Landscape plan documents and construction phase services were also part of EMH&T’s scope on this project.
