What was once the site of a golf and country club owned and operated by the American Italian Golf Association is now the site of an upscale development of custom homes. The new subdivision, which retains the Riviera name, is comprised of 185 lots on 152 acres. Of these, 40 lots will be reserved for custom homes by various builders with the remaining 119 lots going to M/I Homes construction of single-family homes and 26 for patio homes targeting the empty-nest market of older adults.
EMH&T provided a range of professional engineering services for this project, including land survey, tree inventory and replacement plans, signage/entry feature design, and development plan. EMH&T also provided final engineering plans for the development, including a widening of the adjacent roadway to accommodate a left turn lane into the development and the design of a pedestrian crossing.
