PCM/Sarcom Data Center
New Albany, OH
As part of its continued growth, national IT services provider PCM Inc. is adding to its largest subsidiary, Central Ohio’s PCM/Sarcom, by building a data center in New Albany. The new $9.4 million facility encompasses approximately 15,000 sq. ft. on a 7.8-acre site. The facility includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Tier-III data center and 5,000 sq. ft. of office space. It is also designed for future expansion.
EMH&T worked closely with PCM/Sarcom and architect URS as well as developer Daimler Group to develop the site, including parking areas, underground utilities, and stormwater management infrastructure. Additionally, EMH&T provided land survey and landscape architecture design.
