Landmark Lofts is new development in the Old Hilliard area of Hilliard, Ohio. The project includes 204 apartments, a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse and 14,000 square feet of retail and commercial uses in a series of four buildings on 6.2 acres. The project site includes an inoperable grain elevator that was refurbished and serve as a community building for apartment residents. Landmark Lofts helped redevelop a run-down, blighted piece of property in Old Hilliard while at the same time bringing a critical mass of people necessary for the success of current and future businesses in the area.
EMH&T provided complete site/civil engineering for the project, working with Kelley Cos. and the Robert Weiler Co. partnered with Kohr Royer Griffith, the developer that established Landmark Lofts LLC for this development. EMH&T also provided professional services to upgrade an existing private street into a public street to align with the existing public street system.
