Kent State University Ashtabula Campus Updates
Kent State University at Ashtabula is part of the third largest university system in Ohio. This northern-most of Kent State University's eight-campus system is centrally located between Cleveland, Erie and Youngstown. The Campus recently added the new state-of-the-art Robert S. Morrison Health and Science Building to the Main Hall, Library and Technology Building to keep pace with ever-growing educational demands. In addition to its four major buildings, the campus includes multiple pedestrian walkways and roadways and two large parking lots.
EMH&T is leading site development on this campus, which encompasses 125 acres, providing compete civil engineering services including schematic design, design development, construction document development, and construction administration services. To date, we have designed a new vehicular boulevard entrance at the center of campus, roadways and multiple parking lot projects, new campus signage, landscaping design, associated storm water drainage, and new exterior lighting.
