Dublin Bridge Park
EMH&T is a key member of the team creating the new Bridge Park development in suburban Dublin, Ohio. Working with private developer, Crawford-Hoying, and the City of Dublin, EMH&T’s experience in 3P projects has helped both entities realize project goals: new infrastructure for the city and new retail, office, housing, and hospitality facilities for the developer within this 1200-acre “city-within-a-suburb.” The project will eventually include over 2.5 million sf of new space. In addition to commercial and residential components, Bridge Park includes a new riverside park with an iconic pedestrian bridge spanning the Scioto River, several parking structures, a new public library, and a senior living facility. The project has touched almost all divisions of EMH&T, with the firm provided a range of planning, analyses, studies, and engineering, including roadway realignments and grades, utility planning and burial, stormwater master plan (SWMP), floodplain analysis, and green infrastructure alternatives for existing and proposed conditions. Other EMH&T divisions working on the project and their services include: Public Works - sanitary sewer design and modeling, along with stormwater modeling; Water Resources - floodplain analysis of the Scioto River; and Survey Division providing surveying services for the entire project area’s transformation.
