CVS at US Highway 29 and Pavilion Boulevard
As part of a 16-acre retail development, EMH&T provided land planning services for the entire development and prepared site construction plans for CVS Store #6518. Given the project’s proximity to Mallard Creek and adjacent high-quality wetlands, EMH&T paid particular attention to preserving and maintaining the quality of these areas when completing the land planning and final design. Incorporated into the design was an onsite extended wetland BMP that is used to achieve post construction water quality. EMH&T also coordinated the widening of roadways under the jurisdiction of the City of Charlotte and State of North Carolina.
