EMH&T is providing a full range of analyses, studies, and engineering design for the Dublin Bridge Park project. The project work includes the civil/site engineering for key public infrastructure projects as well as for the surrounding private development within the area. The new Bridge Park, dubbed a “city-within-a-suburb,” is part of Dublin’s Bridge Street Corridor that aims to provide mare walkable urban residential, dining, and office options for millennials that desire this kind of atmosphere. Plans for the development include a riverside park, a pedestrian bridge spanning the Scioto River, parking structures, additional office space, retail, hotels, and both condominium and apartment-style multi-family housing. At completion, the project is anticipated to include over 2.5 million square feet of new space, which includes the structured as well as subsurface parking.
EMH&T is providing roadway realignments and grades, utility planning and coordination, stormwater master plan, floodplain analysis, and green infrastructure alternatives for the existing and proposed conditions. Other EMH&T divisions working on the project and their services include: Public Works - sanitary sewer design and modeling, along with stormwater modeling; Water Resources - floodplain of the Scioto River; Development Division - mixed use and residential design as well as civil/site design for a skilled nursing facility; and Survey Division providing surveying services for this entire area’s transformation.
