303 E Town St MOB - Grant Bone & Joint Center Expansion
Working with Trinity Health Group, EMH&T provided due diligence and complete site/civil engineering services for the redevelopment of this urban site adjacent to Grant Hospital in Downtown Columbus. The new facility is a $19.8 million expansion of Grant Hospital’s Bone & Joint Center and helps create a "statement" entry to the Grant campus, with the new building providing a twin to the curving glass corner facade of the hospital's surgery center across the street. The site for this 63,000-square-foot, four-story medical office building is connected to the existing orthopedic center next door and includes the demolition of the currently vacant 15,000-square-foot building on the site. The new building will have an imaging center and the center’s support services as well as physician offices for orthopedics and related specialties such as rheumatology and rehabilitation.
EMH&T services included survey, preliminary engineering and final engineering services.
