Minford Area Sewer NEPA
Scioto County, OH
This project, which was funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Program, included the installation of approximately 201,500 linear feet of new sanitary sewer and construction of a new waste water treatment plant facility in rural Scioto County. To comply with NEPA requirements, EMH&T provided site reconnaissance, data collection, and an Environmental Report (ER), which addressed land use, important farmland, formally classified lands, floodplains, wetlands, historic properties, visual aesthetics, biological resources, water quality, coastal resources, socio-economic issues, and environmental justice. EMH&T also provided fieldwork associated with the delineation and assessment of wetlands and streams within the project area.
