Immersion development programs provide our newest staff, many of whom are just beginning their professional careers, with an understanding of the inter-disciplinary services we offer and what client service means at EMH&T. Ongoing monthly technical engagements and “lunch ‘n learns” on such areas as project management, design principles, “green” design, and design tools are open to all.
Community involvement is also very important at EMH&T. As a company and as individuals, we support philanthropic activities at every level. Each year, employees participate in company-sponsored activities such as the food and toy drives, blood drives, Special Olympics volunteering, Engineers Without Borders, and Habitat for Humanity home builds, as well as supporting numerous community causes and the individuals active in causes that are personally significant. We touch the communities in which we live and work and give back to those communities through several long-standing philanthropic endeavors led by our employees.
