ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities
This position reports directly to upper management, and provides general administrative support as assigned for the multiple divisions to facilitate efficient and effective business operations for multiple leaders and project managers. Based on information provided by project managers or gathered from attending staff meetings, create and maintain records on work in progress, update directors on deadlines, work submissions, meetings,, gather ancillary information as directed or on own with experience, e.g. information needed from internal divisions, e.g. maps, surveys, flood plain information. Assisting with large bid tabulations/bid schedules/spreasheets. Coordinate and support the gathering of documents needed for submittals. Follow up with multiple staff members on deadline commitments for reports, timesheets, and other information requested by the directors of their staff. Proofread documents before submission to directors for final approval, arrange meetings, conferences, and handle RSVPs and all set up required. WATER RESOURCES ENGINEER (IN)
INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Job Responsibilities
This position will be an integral part of our Water Resource team as well as key to the delivery of projects of the entire office delivered to both our public and private sector clients. There will be a diverse range of projects with opportunities to grow and learn with a dynamic team. This position will work under the direction and mentorship of a seasoned professional Senior Water Resource Engineer. This role will participate in the completion of floodplain studies, FEMA permit applications, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, watershed master planning, and detention/drainage studies and design.



SENIOR ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER (NC)
CHARLOTTE, NC

Job Responsibilities
The Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager for the EMH&T Charlotte office will work initially with other seasoned project managers to learn how EMH&T approaches and delivers designed plans and partners with clients for private development projects. EMH&T teams create project designs from start to finish, including 3D conceptual plans, master planning, drainage analysis, surface preparations, incorporating line work and contour drawings from survey data points. The incumbent will provide oversight and coach employees on developed plan in areas such as building placement, grading, utility plans, storm sewers, roadways, required easements, access drives, paring and more in accordance with local zoning standards and internal EMH&T drafting standards.



SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (SITE/CIVIL)
COLUMBUS, OH

Job Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for interpreting, planning and executing engineering projects. This includes definition of scope, development of design concepts, estimating costs, coordination and management of work and performance of staff assigned to project, and capturing and communicating project plan changes, reviewing invoices and conducting project QA/QC reviews. This position must serve as a client liaison, coordinating project schedules, problem solutions, budgets and quality work products. Written work products must have order, clarity, and conciseness.



EIT / PROJECT ENGINEER (Site Civil)
COLUMBUS, OH

Job Responsibilities
This full time position is under the direction of a seasoned PM or engineer in the Rail Division and assists with various project designs components such as utilities, drainage, grading, etc. Based on experience, some exposure to clients, municipalities, and utilities representatives. Creates design solutions, work products, profiles, and completes calculations on multiple project assignments.



ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
COLUMBUS, OH

Job Responsibilities
This part time position has primary responsibility to assist the Accounting Department in filing, copying, mailing, data-entry and various duties as assigned by the director. Responsibilities include: 1. Organizes and maintains Invoice files (active and dormant. 2. Receives Draft invoices and backup reports weekly (auto-invoices) from Billings Manager and collates. Pulls invoice packets from active files and assembles with Draft invoices and backup reports for Project Managersí review. 3. Copy, sort, fold and mail invoices (weekly) and statements (monthly). 4. Performs some data-entry of accounting transactions as required. 5. Sorts and files accounting documents, retrieves and copies as requested. 6. Perform various functions as needed such as pulling records and preparing for storage, assisting other department members when necessary and other general office duties as assigned



GENERAL LABORER (CCTV Assistant)
COLUMBUS, OH

Job Responsibilities
Successful candidate will assist with the set up of specialized equipment associated with televising and marking location of storm water and sanitary sewers. Duties involve the collection of data and working around sanitary and storm sewers. The work is often physically demanding and involves long workdays, especially in summer months.
